Vulcaklean 30 – MCC
VulcaKlean 30 is a mould rubber type compound for the removal of mould stains, residue, deposition of Carbon and Fillers.
VulcaKlean 30 is synthetic based polymer compound which is treated with concentrated chemicals that is used to keep contamination from building up in compression, injections and transfer rubber moulds.

VulcaKlean 30 is effective for cleaning mould stains of all rubbers, including SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, ECO, FKM, IR and ACM, there is no need to remove the mould, also no need to lower the mould temperature, it can get cleaned by feeding VulcaKlean 30.
Uninterrupted Production
VulcaKlean 30 is used during the normal compression moulding process. This eliminates the removal of mould, hence the production isn’t obstructed.

Using VulcaKlean 30- Steel Alloy moulds, Chrome moulds, Nitrated Moulds, Eiched Moulds and even Rusted Moulds can be cleaned.
